I am a certified Gestalt organisational consultant. Since 1998, I have worked with organisations and the people within them, helping them learn and navigate change.

My areas of expertise include human resource management, organisational culture, leadership, one-to-one consulting, employee development, communication and collaboration.

Working with groups and teams across a wide range of sectors has given me extensive insight into the diverse realities of organisational life. I use experiential learning methods to help people discover authentic ways of communicating and collaborating, as well as resolve challenges related to working together.

I enjoy working through long-term development processes because I believe that the impact of learning is directly linked to the level of each participant’s engagement.
