A Community of Leaders for Support and Better Decision-Making
In our peer support space for leaders, we bring together people facing similar challenges. Leaders often carry their concerns alone—sometimes under pressure from shareholders and employees while trying to balance work and family life.
We believe leaders need a trusted community where they can seek advice, share their experiences and find people they can rely on.
Why Join Our Peer Support Community for Leaders?
Taking part in our activities is a valuable step for any leader seeking not only personal development but also the long-term success of their organisation. Our activities bring together professional, ambitious leaders who want to learn from others and expand their network.
Sharing Knowledge and Experience
By joining, you gain the opportunity to learn from the experiences of other successful leaders. Every meeting is a chance to discuss ideas, hear different perspectives and gain valuable insights that you can apply within your organisation.
Professional Growth and Development
By regularly addressing relevant challenges and sharing their experiences, participants gain the space and opportunity to learn from both their own experience and that of others. Learning comes not from textbooks or knowledge delivered by lecturers, but from the participants’ real-life professional experience.
A Broad and Valuable Network
The community provides opportunities to build lasting and meaningful relationships. These connections may develop not only into partnerships but also into new opportunities to expand your activities or receive support when addressing management challenges.

Uncomfortable Breakfasts
In a world where everything is pre-packaged and served on a plate, there is increasingly little room for genuine discovery. Searching is uncomfortable. It requires us to tolerate uncertainty, listen to conflicting opinions, explore the depths of our own experience and examine how new ideas relate to what we carry with us from the past. The reward for those willing to embrace this discomfort is a new kind of insight—one we create ourselves. New understanding emerges within us, and its quality is different: authentic and unique. We invite those seeking meaningful insights to LeadInn’s Uncomfortable Breakfasts, held on the third Wednesday of every month at the suitably inconvenient time of 7:30 a.m. During these breakfasts, LeadInn consultants explore a range of topics announced in advance.
LeadInn Client Day
An annual event for people who have participated in training programmes or consultations led by LeadInn consultants.
Learning Semesters
We deliver seminars. Does this mean we know and understand everything? No, it does not. Some time ago, we openly acknowledged that the best seminars are those in which we also learn alongside our clients. We continue learning even when clients are not present—while preparing for upcoming projects, reflecting on completed work and occasionally inviting someone to deliver training for us. We have already had experiences where clients joined our internal learning sessions. This proved valuable in every respect: it brought new knowledge, strengthened human connections and helped us better understand one another’s realities. We want to develop this experience more intentionally. Our current semester, running from March to June, is entitled: THE EMOTIONAL WORLD OF A LEADER: WHAT REMAINS UNSEEN
Leadership Circles
Leadership Circles bring together people facing similar challenges. Leaders often carry their concerns alone—sometimes under pressure from shareholders and employees while trying to balance their professional and family lives. We believe leaders need a trusted circle where they can seek advice, share their experiences and find people they can rely on. Leadership Circles create a space for finding genuine answers to genuine questions. Participants share practical experience and gain access to a different quality of ideas—insights that have already been tested in everyday working life. Within these circles, we build meaningful relationships and establish a tradition of safe and open sharing. Participants can test ideas and assumptions and receive valuable feedback.
