Dirk de Vilder
The role of leadership is to create more leaders, not more followers.
A leader does not need to know every answer. Instead, they empower their team to find solutions for themselves. This is only possible when the leader can clearly communicate goals, expected outcomes and responsibilities. A true leader continuously observes both the results and the process and understands when the team needs support, direction or guidance.
I believe leadership begins with a strong awareness of one’s personal strengths and challenges. This is where I believe I can help leaders grow into better human beings.
