I am an organisational psychologist with 18 years of professional experience in the financial sector, where I held a range of senior leadership roles and served on executive teams. Throughout this period, I took part in major organisational transformations and worked across different stages of organisational growth and economic cycles.

In my own leadership roles, I supported executives individually and developed systemic approaches to leadership transformation and development. This gave me a deep understanding of the challenges involved in complex change, organisational dynamics, evolving leadership capabilities and shifting leadership agendas.

I enjoy working where genuine leadership work is taking place—or needs to take place—and translating business challenges into organisational development and cultural transformation programmes and plans.

I currently work as a Principal Consultant at the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations in London, United Kingdom. I am also a co-founder and consultant at “Gijos”, as well as a lecturer and programme director at Vilnius University, where I work on the postgraduate Organisational Dynamics programme.
