I have been responsible for several education and training programmes for young people and adults in Rome and the Province of Rome.
I have served as Vice-President of the Advisory Council on Youth of the Council of Europe, an institution that helps shape youth and non-formal education policy across Europe.
As a freelance trainer for the Council of Europe and several national youth agencies, I have primarily delivered courses on personal leadership development, group development, training of trainers, intercultural communication and inclusion.
Since 2004, I have served as Director and Head of Training Programmes at „Kamaleonte“, as well as a training consultant to other for-profit and non-profit organisations. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in organisational management and specialised in experiential learning programmes focused on personal and team development.
Mario D'Agostino
I believe that leadership begins with the self. It is a journey rooted first and foremost in self-awareness and personal growth. Every challenge calls for different energy and strategies, while each group reveals different qualities and talents over time. A leader’s challenge, therefore, is to remain both authentic and adaptable, as both are essential for navigating constant change.
