I began working as a consultant more than 20 years ago, although at the time I did not yet know that this journey would become my main professional path. Over the years, I have gained first-hand insight into how different sectors operate – from businesses to NGOs, and from market leaders to small enterprises. Every leader and team had their own rhythm, challenges and questions. I learned from them, and they learned from me. Today, these diverse experiences enable me to better understand leaders, the challenges facing their organisations and the dynamics of working with teams. Most importantly, they allow me to support leaders throughout their leadership journey.
