Since 1994, I have worked with leaders. I began by supporting youth leaders and leaders in civic service organisations, and in 2004 I also started working with business organisations.

The personal development of leaders has always been an integral part of my training work, alongside the development of leadership skills for teams and individuals. In recent years, I have increasingly worked with executives and leaders on a one-to-one basis, helping them better understand complex dilemmas, gain deeper self-awareness and make wiser decisions.

My own leadership journey is rooted in my involvement in student and youth organisations, as well as in shaping youth policy in Lithuania and internationally. In 1999, I moved into the business sector and became one of the founders of the consulting company „Kitokie projektai“.

I have extensive international experience gained through collaboration with youth institutions and organisations such as the Council of Europe, EU programme agencies, „Outward Bound Belgium“ and INSEAD, working across Europe and beyond.
